My front door is very small to get stuff inside but drivers were very careful and delivers my washing machine carefully.

Estimated delivery was scheduled for 12.09 - 14.09 subject to change .... collection did not ocurr until nearer 6pm! No communication received advising of delay dispite what your correspondance advises will happen. Email & text were only initiated and received after I contacted you at 5pm! Delivery driver was really quite unhelpful and appeared quite stressed All in all not a pleasant experience and not the kind of service I would expect from a company representing John Lewis

The TV was delivered on time. They phoned me 30 minutes before delivery to let me know they were 30 minutes away. They were very careful with the item and efficient. They took photo's of the box and then left.

Very good delivery took the panels into room of choice carried up the stairs very pleasant contractors arrived on time kept me up to date on delivery time

Designer was thorough, delivery was quick, delivery staff efficient, understanding and prompt, great service.

Called 1/2 hour before arrival, as I was going to be out I asked them to put item behind gate, they did more than that by taking it through gate and around the back of the house therefore out of sight.

Did not deliver, did not call back, did not make any effort to help, i had a huge 21 parcel delivery, yet they did not get out in time, told me it would take 48 hours to find the parcel then did nothing, one person said they had the parcels, another said not had them yet and another said they had some of the parcels, complete and utter shambles!

The delivery, unpacking and positioning pf the TV was completed well within the advised timeframe. The delivery driver Donn and his assistant were friendly, polite and careful with the delivery,
