I was called by the delivery guy beforehand, told him I was at home and he came within the time stated. I saw the van from my window and went downstairs to greet them. He asked me where I wanted the boxes and I said that in the corridor would be fine, but he mentioned that it supposed to be on the second floor, to which I said “correct” and he just went upstairs with one box and the helper with the other box. They put them in the bedroom and that made my life so much easier as I was expecting to carry them up myself as it is the case with other delivery companies. I was extremely happy with their service and would definitely be ordering again knowing that this is the standard. Both guys were very polite and most of all quick. In and out in minutes. That was the best delivery experience I have had in since 2019. Brilliant! They sure deserve a praise!🙂👍🏼

First delivery did not take place. Second delivery was incomplete AND incorrect. Third was due to be a collection- this was cancelled. Fourth was finally correct items but arrived an hour earlier than time slot so we had to rush home. Packaging on second delivery was badly damaged. Automated texts throughout suggesting all items to be delivered were incorrect and misleading.

Respectfully handled, called ahead to give an eta, good good all around 👍

Communication, keeping me aware of progress, and continued on with the friendly delivery drivers who handled the product with care.

Well we were told a 7/9 slot as I was in work I asked my daughter to come down. No sign of the delivery so she rang them and they said they would be 3 hrs late but didn’t tell us. So she had to go back home and come down again which was inconvenient

We had an item delivered to a camp site we were staying on. Communication was very good, emails and texts with a time slot which they met. Two men delivered. All in all very pleased.
