I was kept well informed throughout the whole dispatch and delivery. On the day I was called 30 minutes in advance to let me know they were coming. The delivery team were really friendly (even with it being a warm day & me being in an upper flat) and were nice to my dog. They put my new sofa in my living room with care of the hallway and walls. All in all, I would highly recommend! 5 stars!

On time with my delivery

The delivery information and delivery is really poor. I was told I would be given a delivery time the night before. Nothing. I got told the delivery time in the morning which was not helpful. The driver delivered the large heavy parcel. He left at the front door and spoke with no one from.my house. We wanted him to put it in the garage. But he just drove off without waiting for someone to open the door. My son-in-law had to get it up to the garage at the side of my house. On the, your parcel has been delivered. He put signed for by James. We have no James. Very unprofessional and totally unsatisfactory. I am not happy
