Delivery very late time frame was between 14.37 to 16.37 and he phoned at 16.00 to say he'd be half an hour . They didn't show until 17.32 with no apology in fact didn't speak , my husband dealt with it as I was so annoyed and late for an engagement I had .

I received my time slot the night before, they called me to let me know they were 30mins away, very polite and even asked me if I wanted them to take their shoes off. I told him they could keep them on. They installed my new washing machine and tested it was working before they left. Took away my old washing machine and all the packaging too.

Was contacted by Mark from Prompt Transit an hour prior to delivery to advise he was on his way, arrived on time and delivered the goods, Very happy with his service.

I was kept updated with delivery time and my matress was unpacked and throughly checked to ensure everything was perfect and all the packaging was taken away. Great service and friendly team.
