Good information about timings in advance, a 2 hour slot, driver called 40minutes bfore which is handyif you need to pop out and come back in those 2 hours time frame.

I am 96 years of age and I paid £45 for the Sky people to deliver, install, set up and leave my new Sky Glass working. What I got was two men that spoke little English, who took it out of the box, put my old tv on the floor, and left it there: put the new TV on my tv cabinet and then they cleared off. They didn't even plug it in or check that it worked. What did I pay £45 for? Atrocious service considering I have been a sky customer for over 30 years.

From the moment of ordering, I was informed of each step of delivery. I was emailed the evening beforehand and text in the morning with a time. I was called by the delivery team to ask if it was convenient to deliver earlier which I was more than happy to accept. The delivery team were so polite, efficient and careful with my property. They even took away the rubbish from my mattress!! Cannot ask for any better aervice

My package arrived earlier than anticipated( after a phone call to check I was home) which I was thrilled about. Nobody likes waiting in, do they. Asked delivery men if they would take round the back of my property, they said yes that’s not a problem. Put it exactly where I wanted it. Very helpful and friendly couldn’t have asked for more from them.
