Really helpful delivery men
Bad weather conditions made delivery a bit late but I was kept up to date. Our new bed was installed with the minimum of fuss and our old bed removed. Delivery was fast and efficient.

Perfect delivery experience
I was told a delivery time of 7-9am. They called at 7.01am to say they would be 20 minutes. They were just under 20 minutes and delivered it quickly and cheerfully. Absolutely no stress delivery. Appreciated them sticking to the time slot and communicating well. Perfect experience

I had an excellent experience with AIT Delivery. The entire process was smooth, professional, and right on schedule. The team was reliable and handled everything with great care. Communication was clear throughout, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. It’s rare to find a delivery company that combines efficiency with such friendly service – highly recommended

TOO EARLY!!!
Delivery slot was 7am to 9sm. Delivery arrived at 6.25am whilst I was still in bed asleep. A ridiculous time to be making a delivery particularly when not scheduled at that time...Unacceptable!!!

Fantastic Service
Arrived at exactly the time they said they would. The guys delivering my chair were friendly, polite and even brought the chair upstairs for me because it was too heavy for me to lift.

Delivery was on time
Delivery was on time, I was notified about delivery time, but the bad attitude of the delivery driver and companion who in between dishing out dirty looks and trying to leave the heavy items in a communal area because they only get five minutes for a delivery.
