Delivery Experience
The guys gave ma a call advising me on estimated delivery time which was spot on they were polite and carried my Two items into the property and placed where I asked without any fuss or issue. Great service.

The crew turned up and promptly dropped…
The crew turned up and promptly dropped the brand new fridge freezer off of their trolley and caused damage to the side and who knows to the internal parts. Have to organise replacement direct with manufacturer. And I paid for installation of the washing machine that they didn’t do. They seemed in a rush, took a look and said it wouldn’t reach. It did reach once I had done it myself later that night. All exacerbated by a language barrier. It was a shambles.
