Arrived well within the time frame I was given, item carried to the door, very helpful, got a phone call half an hour before they arrived.

Unhappy that despite being given a slot, the order came 1.5 hours outside that slot. It was lucky someone was home! Also, the 2 man delivery was one poor driver who had to struggle upstairs with the boxes himself as I am pregnant and couldn't help.

Kevin and his mate delivered our super king mattress from Costco. I was kept informed about the delivery timings well beforehand. Both, Kevin and his mate delivered the mattress upstairs and taken good care not to scratch walls and doors etc. they were very polite throughout.
