3 occasions they failed to deliver. 1st time they said the seller didn't have a weekend delivery scheme with them, which seller disputed. 2nd booking was cancelled as they misplaced the item and 3rd attempt they had managed to ship the item back to London instead. Seller finally had to send a new item and on 4th attempt this was received.
They delivered my parcel exactly where I requested.
