they were very rude all they did was speak to each other in there language, they were going to leave tv on floor until i told them i cant lift it on my own. i paiD for tvv to be unpacked set up and take all packing with them / THEY DID NOT they left all packing and very large box to try and get rid of,didnt even relis they went just vanished

Rang beforehand and confirmed where the delivery was to go in the garage. Garage was the locked after delivery. Excellent customer service

The tracking was reasonable and they arrived about 10minutes later than the time given, not a big issue for me. Both lads were great on bringing into the home for me too.

Arranged delivery online. Driver rang to update with estimated time of arrival, then rang when we were the next stop. Can’t fault the service at all.

On time and regular updates

Item was delivered undamaged but door camera recorded courier making no attempt to knock door or ring bell at 6.45 am.Just put parcel by door and walked away. Anyone could have taken it as we weren't up. I only knew it was there when I got up and checked my emails.
