Mattress has been delivered on time- seems a good matress

Since you asked for my feedback, I will provide it. The new mattress was delivered slightly earlier than the time arranged to the bedroom as required. The old mattress was taken away as arranged. I am not sure whether or not I should have been expecting the mattress to be unboxed, put on the bed and the packaging taken away, but I was expecting it, and this didn’t happen. Frankly I don’t understand why not, given the price of the mattress and the additional payment for mattress recycling, and there was no higher service level available on the retailer’s website. All the same, I’d have liked this to happen. It was made very clear that this wasn’t going to be done by your drivers. If this is what they’re contracted to do then fair enough, but this service should be provided or made clear that it won’t be made available when checking out the sale. Overall the service was fine, but not what I’d hoped for. I expect that you’re sorry I feel this way, and I'm sorry not to be giving a more positive review on this occasion.

Paid for installation, they tried not to do it. Didn’t set the tv up just took the box which we were told to keep.

The delivery drivers were not at all friendly ,did not ring me to tell me whe they would arrive ,and phoned when outside my house.
