Fast and efficient

The bed is excellent. The company is also excellent, especially customer service on the phone. However the delivery experience was somewhat worrying. They were on time and the tracking was brilliant but when they arrived neither the man nor the woman spoke to me, not even a polite hello. I asked if they spoke English, (they were Romanian)the man said yes but also said he didn’t know what to say to me. I gave him a little advice on how to properly greet customers. So their communication skills were nil. The worst thing was that they knew absolutely nothing about setting up the ottoman side opening bed. They eventually worked it out with my input as well as I pointed out that I should not have to take off the long arm of the mechanisms (ie: both sides) every time I open and closed the bed for storage! And I had to stop them leaving at that point as even I knew that to do that was ridiculous. I felt that this was very bad considering I had paid the extra fee to have the bed set up properly. As I am disabled and elderly this caused me considerable anxiety needing several phone calls to the company for reassurance.

Mark and Kevin from prompt delivery delivered our bed. Took it upstairs, very helpful, nice guys. Rang with ETA. Good service

Friendly and polite, got on with delivery, assembly and put in place. Also helped move old TV out of the way. Connected TV up ready for us to work through the on screen setup, which was easy to do.
