Dissappointed re assembly…
The two men gathered the packing and almost left. They left the headboard accessories in a pile on the floor but one of my larger screws had been taken in the plastic covering. The piece of wood in each part had not been removed. The staples were left jutting out (about 20 staples at least). The bed was left in the middle of the room. I live alone and I am 68 and a woman with a disability, so it was a week before I got the bed moved into former position . I did call AIT to be told that I should just complain to Costco, which I will do. Very disappointing.

The delivery driver we’re friendly and fast. Phoned 30 minutes before they arrived, delivered new mattress and removed the old one in just over 5 minutes.

Fantastic service
Heavy item needing 2 people, we're at least 200mtrs from the road. The lady and gentleman delivered and unpacked the item with a happy chat and no complaints regarding distance from road and flatly refused any form of gratuity. I'm always concerned about large items being delivered as past experience has not always been happy. I cannot praise the service received enough.
