Was not expecting delivery to come as due to storm Floris . So much trees down everywhere but was giving 5.15pm to 7.15pm slot and it arrived around 7.40ish. I spoken to the guys and ask how the roads are with tree and the reply was bad! which I knew . But I was greatly impressed how they made it . So big thumbs up and I was there last 3rd stop on the day . So as I was not expecting it, and it came and the gentleman where spot on . Would definitely highly recommend 🙂

Called by the driver at the scheduled delivery window to establish I was home. Post delivery he insisted taking a picture to establish the product was in good condition. He was polite.

I was kept informed throughout the journey about the distance and arrival time. They bought the TV straight into the dining room where I asked them to put it and left immediately great service.

We were kept informed and updated through the whole process and even received a call to let us know the delivery team were 15-20 minutes away. The two delivery people we very polite and very helpful. All in all a credit to your organsation

The delivery personnel did his job well. The only concern was the packing, as one component was popping out from the box. This has nothing to do with the delivery guy, but with the packing or the company.

Communication was excellent, I was given names and phone number of my delivery man . My delivery was about an hour late but I was informed of this and actually sort of expected it as I was delivery number 19 out of 20 . My house is difficult to find as sat nav just sends you the wrong way so when they rang to say they were 10mins away I explained in full the correct directions and they then found me easily . They were very polite and careful with my parcel and carried it into the house for me so very happy with the delivery
