They did what they were expected to do.

I am not happy with my delivery. For starters, I was told to pay £65 for my delivery that would include mounting my 55inch TV on the wall plus taking down my old TV. This should also include unpacking my TV and taking the packaging away. When the delivery driver arrived they told me that the company does not mount TV. All that was done was unpacking the TV from the box, putting a very light flat plate that took two sconds to do. TV stand into two holes at the bottom of the TV. The TV was plugged into my wall socket that I insisted they do and the TV was ready. I don't know what I paid £65 for. I could have done that all by myself with the help of my friends plus recycling of the box myself by putting them in my bin. I am very upset with sky for not telling me that the delivery company doesn't mount your TV. It's was so quick and easy that a two year old could have reap the box open mount the TV on a very light flat plate that they say is the stand. I am angry and frustrated at sky for not telling people what you get for Your delivery of £65. Please don't pay £65 You can do it yourself in 3 mins.

They just arrived, plugged it in and left, there was no prior explanation.

The company emailed me to give me a delivery time window the following day and then the driver called 30 minutes before arriving to confirm they were close. The two-person team carried. the package into our living room and offered to open it for us - we refused. that kind offer - and then left. First class service and very efficient

Both guys very helpful in helping me. Very polite guys both of them. Did not just deliver and leave but ensured Ivwas able to use tv and helped me

Didn’t scan one of the pieces and then messed up again with the reschedule. Then the drivers were sent to pick up the parcels instead of ASSEMBLING them. Finally I called a friend who assembled them for me.

On time, delivered no breakages or battered boxes. Friendly people

Batman Singh is the only one who seems to have adopted people skills. He was polite over the phone and the delivery was on the time proposed. I’ve had other 6 deliveries of Samsung appliances from the same company, but everyone has been just rude and even rushing deliveries at 06:30am in the morning, while everyone it’s meant to be sleeping.

Although the driver had experienced some setbacks to his day the delivery was delivered on the day promised and even though it was late at night the delivery person was polite and courteous.

Can't fault you

Communication was brilliant to tell me about my delivery. I recieved email, text and phone call to keep me updated as to when my delivery would arrive. The guys were friendly and respectful when asked where to place my delivery.

Was told would take 6-8 weeeks came in early, delivered the next day.
