I like the way they inform the customer…
I like the way they inform the customer about a time frame and when they would be delivering. Also the call on day of delivery was good as it gave me time to put my dogs out of the way

Late, but clear updates and professional delivery
While the delivery was about 2 hours late, I did receive email notification that clearly confirmed they were still coming and next steps if I was unable to be there for the new delivery time. Thankfully I was available and the two men managed to carry a very large and heavy couch (two giant pieces!) up the one flight of stairs and in the flat quickly and without any issue. They were very professional

Excellent delivery....
A two person delivery that was efficiently carried out. Two phone calls from the team 1 hour and 30 mins out. I'm sure they'd had a tough day but they still managed to smile and were very polite.
