When I ordered items I gave very detailed instructions as how to get in gated community,including codes and exactly where my flat was situated. Surprised to receive call to open gate !
and then to see from window delivery men going in wrong direction. Eventually arrived at my flat with two very large boxes (chairs). Said they were to busy to unpack and I kept being asked to sign. Being not only elderly but disabled using a frame to walk there was no way I could unpack items. Very reluctantly items unpack and removed cardboard, but refused to screw 4 legs onto each chair. So in my lounge at present I have 2 chairs on their frames with no legs ,so obviously can't be used.
Luckily my son will be visiting tomorrow.
Total delivery fiasco has put me off ordering further items.
