Mahmood and co worker didn’t not want to delivery this mattress upstairs . Don’t understand the problem . DX delivered the same one last week upstairs . Arrow collected the other day upstairs. Just think they were lazy and didn’t want to have to do their Jobs . Fuming isn’t the word I would use for these delivery guys . We now have to return this item as we can’t move it ourselfs been left in font of a door which itself is a fire risk. The poor company who made the mattress aspire has been so good . And we are gutted we have the return this materess .
Was given a delivery window, arrived on time, 2 lovely blokes delivered my TV
When I ordered items I gave very detailed instructions as how to get in gated community,including codes and exactly where my flat was situated. Surprised to receive call to open gate ! and then to see from window delivery men going in wrong direction. Eventually arrived at my flat with two very large boxes (chairs). Said they were to busy to unpack and I kept being asked to sign. Being not only elderly but disabled using a frame to walk there was no way I could unpack items. Very reluctantly items unpack and removed cardboard, but refused to screw 4 legs onto each chair. So in my lounge at present I have 2 chairs on their frames with no legs ,so obviously can't be used. Luckily my son will be visiting tomorrow. Total delivery fiasco has put me off ordering further items.

Kevin of PROMPT TRANSIT was excellent. Had my 7 inches Samsung tele delivered yesterday. Kevin and team was excellent from the get go. They rang first thing in the morning made sure I was in and gave me an estimated delivery time which helps alot. And they were on time! They were also prompt in replying to my messages and were very considerate. They were friendly. Careful in handling the delivery. Thank you to Kevin and team.
Appalling service from company No communication as to what distance they were for delivery. Both drivers faces upon arrival when I asked for them to take it upstairs dropped and they said they couldn’t because it was a heavy mattress I then told them that I am on my own and I am pregnant and it is impossible for me to lift otherwise I will suffer a miscarriage They hoof and puffed. Then came into my property looked at my stairs and said they can’t lift it up there and left it blocking my fire escape route downstairs in my home and left. In all honesty, I don’t think the delivery drivers wanted to do their job and the companies customer service is just as bad. This is the third delivery attempt of this mattress and both previous carriers/delivery companies were more understanding of my situation and did not have a problem taking the mattress upstairs or removing the mattress. In all honesty, I am appalled that customer service thought this was all excellent service
