In this process we had dealt with several estate agents and by far Acorn Rainham were the best.
If we were to need an estate agent again. Acorn Rainham would be our top choice and would highly recommend them.

Outstanding Estate Agency Team
Having been on the market since February 2023, we made the decision to market via Dan and his team at the end of November 23 and so with the Christmas break quickly upon we were blown away with the number of viewings on our property and within a matter of days at the start of 2024 they had three offers on the table and the sale was quickly tied up - all staff have been outstanding, in particular Kieran and Olivia and of course Dan and I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking to sell in a quick and stress free manner

I am a first time buyer and when I first called to enquire about viewing the property, I spoke to mark who was very warm, bubbly and friendly. He called me regularly to keep me updated on progress which was appreciated. He made sure I was happy and addressed any concerns/questions I had.
When I viewed the property, Kieran Thomas showed me around and answered all my questions really well. He was patient, I didn’t feel rushed at all! Kieran made sure I’d seen everything I wanted to see and had enough information about the property and the area. Also, he was friendly and dropped me from the viewing back to the town centre saving me a 30 min walk.
Towards the end of the transaction, Rachel kept me updated via phone and the case management system. She was polite and the notes I’d receive were very useful and kept me well informed. When we had blockers (things holding us up) Rachel would push to get things progressed faster.
They all made it as stress free as possible! Excellent customer service
Melissa was kind and caring, was professional, and efficient. I will remember her kindness towards me, Grace was very kind, and the team as a whole showed care, and made me feel welcome.
