In this process we had dealt with several estate agents and by far Acorn Rainham were the best.
If we were to need an estate agent again. Acorn Rainham would be our top choice and would highly recommend them.

I rarely provide feedback on social media, however, my recent experience dealing with Lilia Ghenim- Senior Lettings Manager, The Acorn Group covering Brockley/ Catford & Lewisham, I felt I had too.
My property is located quite a distance from my home, so I've had to work very closely with Lilia throughout the Lettings process of finding me suitable tenants for my property.
Lilia has a wonderful attitude, she was friendly but very professional. I found Lilia very approachable, she conveyed information to me in a clear, concise and efficient way. Lilia did whatever she could to support me and arranged some tasks which she took personal responsibility for which meant I could avoid the long drive to the property.
When Lilia agreed to do something, she never let me down and always delivered on time.

Rainham Acorn - I was purchasing a property they had up for sale. Mark and Abbie have been absolute godsends, my solicitor lacked a little with communication but they were so informative & supported me and their seller massively. Spoke almost daily, some times more keeping me updated. Very happy first time buyer. Thanks Mark and Abbie, I owe you!
Had a particularly difficult sale due to cladding/ews1 issues but Jake and Layton at Acorn went over and above to ensure I got a sale that completed. Both kept me up to date, kept chasing the buyer's solicitor and got my transaction completed. I couldn't have asked for more from them.
Much like the comment below at time of writing this, I would also put Zero if I could. We have had the misfortune to come into contact with acorn, the lack of communication, and rudeness over the phone when you do finally get to someone is a joke. I think the staff forget they are speaking to humans, maybe they have too many clients as they cannot juggle Tenants and landlords at all. This has been the same for everyone we have had the misfortune to speak to. I would choose any estate agent over these, they are just looking to exploit tenants and landlords whilst providing no service at all!
If I could rate this company a zero, I would. We had a viewing booked for 5:30pm, we arrived at the property on time and continued to circle the building looking for the estate agent. At 5:40 I began calling the branch to find out where the estate agent was, I called a total of 15 times (the branch does not close till 6) and failed to reach anyone. After driving to the property, paying for parking, calling the branch, circling the building for half an hour, we gave up and returned home. I then called the branch the next morning to be told, the agent was at the property till 6β¦ however we called the doorbell of the property many times and called the branch 15 times, with no success. The company is unprofessional and lacks any knowledge on how to communicate. WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
