The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch…

The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch are a credit to the sector, from our initial talks with Kieran through to Mark and Remmi when completing. They all went above and beyond to make sure we was fully satisfied and always kept us updated. In this process we had dealt with several estate agents and by far Acorn Rainham were the best. If we were to need an estate agent again. Acorn Rainham would be our top choice and would highly recommend them. Well done Mark, Kieran and Remmi Thankyou so much Lee & Alice

I have dealt with multiple estate agents in the past, and I found the staff at Acorn Rainham branch exceptional. Mark and Kieran were professional as well as very friendly and easy to get on with. Excellent service and communication

After having no success with an online agent, I signed up with Mark at Acorn and he and his team, especially Kieran, were brilliant from start to finish! Communication was excellent and when the sale fell through due to my buyer's buyer pulling out last minute, they also took on marketing their property and the whole chain completed within 6 weeks! Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with Acron

I was very pleased with Acron; William who had initiated the property sale, was excellent and was great in his approach and handling at the start. Daniel Langiano, who followed this through, was brilliant as he had a difficult task but persisted and handled the sale with great professionalism and sensitivity. Dan kept us updated through great communication and, at the same time, made sure proper processes were followed. We were grateful for his help to see this through completion

Rainham (Kent) branch were fantastic!

We used Acorn, Rainham for both sale and purchase and we would recommend to anyone. Their approach was personalised and professional throughout and we had a very good experience, the team are all committed and knowledgeable. If we ever need to use estate agents again this will be our choice of agent.

Poor customer service as a managing agent

Acorn have been managing my property in London for a while and over the years there have been so many changes in managing agents, communication is not passed on. More recently in the past 6 months, when my regular property agent has been on annual leave Acorn have been unable to manage my property. In response to the below issue, whilst I appreciate the reply, the facts aren't correct as the ongoing issue has been closed without even considering my point of view. Acorn are unfortunately not wanting to rectify the situation. I will of course reach out to discuss it, as suggested. Thank you

We appreciate the fact that Acorn staff…

We appreciate the fact that Acorn staff – in particular Mr Franco, who took over dealing with the sale of our property, worked efficiently and at the pace we were at, in order to achieve the smooth sale of our property. Overall, his approach suited us, as within a reasonable time slot, he was responsive to our queries and questions pertaining to the processes and procedures involved in successfully, executing the sale of our property. DO NOT BELIEVE the fake reviews

DO NOT BELIEVE the fake reviews. Illegal gas safety checks, urgent repairs ignored, trying to extort monies for NO services rendered!!! Avoid like covid. This place needs shutting down and compensating the tenants who’s lives they risk just to turn a few quid. -100 review
