If I could give zero stars I would. I've not even used this company yet and I've already wasted hours trying to register on their portal. They only appear to have one phone number. You spend ages going through security questions to get through to an agent who then pops you back into the queue and have to go through the whole process again. Then you get a recorded message saying wait times are zero minutes. This is the 7th time I've tried to get through and I've currently been on hold for 45 minutes. Avoid !
It is incredible how quick the whole process took without pestering me too much questions or work to do.

You are a reactive and not pro active company. There was no dedicated person for my case, It took far too long to get completed so i have had to pay the expensive monthly floating interest rate for over 2 months at 9% !!

Hi I am going through the Remortgage of my property and they were identified by the provider as the legal team to support the process.
The case has been open for the last 2 months and now when the time of completion is near, they are not able to confirm if they will be able to complete it on time.
In the last week I and my wife have reached out to them at least 5-7 times and every time there response has been cold with saying that they will email up the chain. We also asked them to escalate this due to time sensitivity, there has been limited progress.
My requested completion date is 30th Sep but today they are suggesting that they cannot meet this.
The direct implication is to me is to pay an ERC of more than £5000 is I go ahead with the switch.
Overall there has been no communication with them. In the last 2 months, no one has called me, there is no email box where i can post my query and get a response, there is no dedicated person assigned to your case.
They are the worst and I will suggest to not go ahead with any simple or complicated stuff.
I had an extremely frustrating experience with my remortgage process. The bank issued an offer on **5th September**, and their tracker shows all checks are completed. However, when I called, I was told they were waiting on an ID check for one person, which would take **4-5 days**. This was communicated to me on **10th September**.
After a few days, I called again, only to be told they needed more time. It’s now been **20 days** and they still haven’t managed to complete a simple ID check on a British passport holder. This is for a straightforward mortgage, yet the process is dragging on unnecessarily.
Every time I call, the operators have no updates, and all I hear is that the issue has been “escalated.” It's been escalated since last week, but there's still no progress. The service has been incredibly poor. I’m now raising this issue with my mortgage provider, and if things don’t improve, I’ll be switching to a different lender.
Mortgage providers should reconsider working with this company, as the service has been shockingly bad. I would strongly recommend avoiding them if possible.
Portal isn't up to standard as it doesn't have sections to be able to upload the information.
Although we uploaded the right information there were delays due to incorrect filing of information.
Although I did chase the problems nothing was done until I asked my broker to find out why it was delayed.
I ended up losing a couple of investment deals due to the wait of the money.

Unfortunately, we had to pay extra because they where late with the paperwork, therefore make sure you avoid their services , it takes ages just to process simple documents.
