Terrible purchasing process!
One order placed on 12/29/21 and the other on 12/31/21 both have yet to ship. Before I purchased both the site indicated the watches were in stock CLEARLY they aren't. So now its over two weeks later and neither one has shipped and no correspondence with customer service they refuse to email back. Terrible customer service/and purchasing processes. Whats in stock vs what isn't is probably the easiest problem in sales to avoid and they haven't figured that out....shameful.
