Cheap but unreliable for me

Edit: Since then me and my partner had problem and had to leave, too long to ring, bad reception but the worse was the bundle not renewing despite using different banks AMEX and Monzo. Had to beg for them to fix the mistakes but they can't properly renew living you without no data call or text and have to beg every time to the customer service. Won't bother again. Original review: I switched to them because they had a great offer 1p per month for 3 months who would want to pass that! I moved 2 SIMs in our household. What's great: * The transfer was made on time (very easy to do through the app). * Competitive offering. * Piggybacking on EE, meant to be one of UK best network. * Works well outside (in my area in London I still think Vodafone was better but EE is still great, far better than Three or O2). What's terrible: * To ring someone takes us 10, 15 sometimes 30 sec before it starts ringing even outside with 5 bars of reception yikes. * No VoLTE so when you call your 5G or 4G drop. * No WiFi calling which I check on our phones setting means for us in a basement flat 0 reception 40% of the time. We missed many of important calls like GPs. It is cheap but could be better. I now miss my previous provider Lebara which also had very cheap tariffs and offers but are more reliable with WiFi Calling and VoLTE. I don't think I will stay after the 3 months except if by then they have at least WiFi calling which is necessary for people with patchy signal.
