Undependable service “appointment”
Despite receiving a Lowe’s toilet installation confirmation date & time several days ago it was canceled only 45 minutes before the arrival window because an installer could not be found. Another “appointment” was rebooked in 5 more days, contingent upon Thumbtack being able to find an installer, so there’s no certainty installation will occur with the date/time provided. Wasted my day rushing home for this fake ‘appointment’.
