Title: Repeated delays and unclear communication — still waiting for my order
I placed an order (Mystery Box) on March 3rd, and over a month later, I am still waiting for a clear shipment confirmation. The main issue has been the lack of consistency and transparency: - Multiple promised timelines (“after the 21st”, “shipped by the 24th”, “next week”) were all missed - I received contradictory updates — one saying the order was still processing, another saying it was nearing customs - Most responses have been vague or automated, with no concrete shipping commitment - Calls have gone unanswered, and follow-ups have not been properly addressed To be clear — I am not asking for a refund. I want the product I paid for. However, at this point, I expect: - A confirmed shipment date - A valid tracking number - Clear and consistent communication Delays can happen, especially with sourcing and logistics, but the lack of accountability and clarity is concerning. I am still hopeful this will be resolved properly, but based on my experience so far, I would advise others to be cautious unless communication and fulfillment improve significantly.
