Initially all seemed ok

Initially all seemed ok. Exchanged emails, purchased my GCSE Human biology. My direct debit was set up. I looked into the few places that were not close to where I live to sit my GSCE (unfortunately). These places wanted a lot of money for me to sit to do these exams. Now I'm starting to worry about my finance so I asked Absorb if I could postpone for a little while which they agreed. I didn't read my email properly and they had stated they would freeze my account. The first payment went through by direct debit. The 2nd payment did not. I couldn't log on to see if I could fix this as my account was frozen. Absorb sent many emails trying to take payment. Long story short - I have phoned (no answer but went to an inappropriate answer message service which didn't sound like a business), sent 5 emails (no reply) and have sent about 6 letters to two different addresses which I obtained off their website (by special delivery). Royal mail could not deliver to the last address. I can not reach this company. How can I pay this? Also I can not talk to anyone so I am now robbed of a GCSE. Trading standards issue now? I recommend that you do not go anywhere near this company.
