When I first hired them I had no complaints. Rent came in on time and I never needed to reach out to them. During COVID19 I had to reach out to them and had the worst experience I ever had with a management company. They are unresponsive to tenants and me. To get a response I had to take a day off just to persistently reach out. I listed a property for rent with them and it took 1 month and 1/2 before they processed it to put it for rent. When they did processed it, they failed to list all expense incurred on management website, I’m still waiting on feedback of expense incurred. I was so dissatisfied with their service I pulled both property from their management. Now they are saying I owe them money but do not pickup their phone to go over the numbers their tracking. They won't even answer their emails, very unprofessional. Would not work with them again. I recommend to stay clear of them if you are looking for a responsive, respectful and detail oriented property management company.
