I don't like to whine but....
I ordered two fairly decent bottles of wine for my father's birthday. The tracking information said there was a problem with the parcels and I sent Vinatis a message to query this. The message has still not been responded to (4 working days). The following day - one day after my father's birthday - the tracking information said the parcels had been delivered when they hadn't. Cue a second message to Vinatis reporting the issue and requesting a refund. I'm still waiting. Terrible customer service. Next time I'll use Amazon.
