Damaged Spartan Shampoo
I had an issue with one bottle of shampoo arriving damaged, but the Spartan support team handled it professionally and quickly. Cecille and Mhyca were both very helpful, polite, and responsive throughout the whole process. They arranged a free replacement without any hassle, and the communication was excellent.
