Update
July 2019: This website has declined massively since first ordering from them in January. Their customer service was very good and could not fault the products and service. However, after placing my third and most recent order, I still have not received it after 25 days since making the payment. It’s understandable that once the package has left the warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping company however for a website that states “Guaranteed Delivery”, I was refused a reshipment of the order but instead was offered a 50% coupon. It’s very rare I leave a review but having spent over £90 (including bank charges) and over £200 in total, I would expect better customer service. Update (September 2019): A reshipment of the order has been made and I am awaiting the delivery. Hopefully the package won’t be seized this time. Most importantly, the customer service is back to the standard I experienced when first ordering from TruffleMagic.
