Ordered on line on Saurday but they recorded wrong delivery address. No customer service on week-ends so emailed with 'NEW ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY' Went onto website for telephone number (england) but on Monday at 8.00 am message to say no telephone number as vast amount of telephone enquiries so had again to use Email. Sent three emails with specific instructions DO NOT SEND TO FRANCE please responde to my (now five emails). Email later that day saying Order Processed. Again emailed do not send to France - later in the day Tuesday - delivery will be in the morning at 8.00 IN FRANCE.!!!!!!!!!! I decided that there wasn't in fact a Customer Department and had to order from another company for my sons (three) and wouldn't recommend this company as NO CONTACT with them whatsoever. Very, very disappointed as their offers looked quite promising.
