Truely dreadful customer service
I have used SHEIN for several years however they have recently suspended my account as there has been ‘suspicious activity’ on the account. I have been unable to get any information as to what is happening, and this has been going on for just under a month. I have been concerned there was an issue with my card so have sent at least 12 e mails which have all been answered by Customer Services with platitudes, no explanation and I still have no idea why there was a problem with the card !! To add insult to injury they have taken the payment for the SHEIN club OFF THE SAME CARD! Don’t deal with this company they are idiots !
