Poor service and missing items, very disappointing
First time I have used the service and very unimpressed, two items where missing and when you "report", they respond within 24 hours. 24 HOURS!! Bit late considering I want my lunch now. After trawling the app for a phone number, finally found one, when I clicked to cancelled the order, and the gentleman on the phone was as helpful as a chocolate teapot, his response was I would have to 1) apply for a refund through the app and not get the missing items or 2) reorder the missing items and repay all over again. They refused to deliver the missing items and were not willing to help any further.
