Customer Service is Non Existent
I placed an order which I requested to cancel less than an hour after placing it. I then called to follow up about the cancelation later that day. 30 minutes on hold, finally got a representative. They told me the order would be canceled "today or tomorrow". It has been 3 days since then and the order is still not canceled. The next step will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company.
