My opinion of B Smart is very negative
My experience with B Smart is very negative. They have a very comprehensive small print attached to their contract quite frankly I have never seen anything like them in my life The boiler service identified three fairly significant issues which required attention. The small print in the contract prevented me from claiming for any of them I cancelled my direct debit immediately and was contacted by BSmart customer services and I agreed a settlement figure to cancel my contract with them. I totally regret having anything to do with BSmart. I read another testimony which mentions the word scam I would agree with it. Please do not enter into a contract with BSmart without reading their terms and conditions they are very onerous and not in favour of the customer in any respect. Enter into a contract with them in haste and regret it at your leisure
