Sorry another stat to add to the 95% of bad reviews

Sorry, here is yet another bad review to add to the already 95% already shown. Fedex has held my passport in their Southampton 'station' for over a month, without informing me. They made ONE attempt, but never got to my house as they 'ran out of time' It went back into the system and no re-scheduled delivery was made. I only found out about this after speaking to the Passport Office and having to wait 1hr 46 mins for them to answer. A further 55 mins I had to wait for FEDEX to answer to which I was told that they would 'attempt' another delivery. They said it has been rescheduled for Mon 15th - today - but no delivery. On the tracking page they have now rescheduled it again stating that the delivery is CRITICAL ! Why the Passport uses them is beyond me. An American company to boot. Don't we have a UK sourced company who I am sure can give a better service!!
