Fedex are all incompetent and can't do their jobs.
The Fedex driver in Calgary is very incompetent. They've recently delivered my package to the wrong CONDO and even after hunting down my package MYSELF and discovering it was in a condo nearby, that condo at first refused to give me MY PACKAGE with my name on it and afterwards they said they actually LOST IT !!! Fedex response was I shouldn't of have gone looking for it for my safety. Well I shouldn't have to do YOUR JOB to begin with !!! And now just today the driver stuck a sticky note on the outside of my building to go collect my package at 2 hour away facility !!!! because my building was closed ??? I have 24/7 front desk service and the buzzer has the number to reach them ! I hate fedex soo much !!!!!! I don't know why people use them. They are all incompetent and can't do their jobs.
