Sadly the Christmas order didn't…
Sadly the Christmas order didn't arrive. If it had not been for me chasing it who knows if I would have ever received a replacement as it was, it arrived too late for one party - waste of food. I barely received an apology over the phone when I rang- not even a sausage roll to say sorry with the replacement order - what a company too busy thinking about the profits not the customer! I note your comments below BUT no one has been in touch therefore how can you say the matter has been resolved?
