1 star.. because, at least he turned up..after they cancelled on the first day with no message other than Sorry, technician is running late. I paid $141 for a fellow to come out and tell me the service quote of $1200! (NOT the fixit quote! Just for another guy to come out and clean/service and let me know price of parts to maybe fix) He pressed the remote for split system, said it's working. I pointed out there was no air coming out and a clicking sound. He went outside, came back and said (which was why i called them), the fan's stopped.again! Didn't even pull the filter out. $141 to tell me my air con has a problem. Duh!
