I recently tried the tooth whitening service, and it was a complete disappointment. The results were nowhere near what was promised- the sales call was horrific, the guy on the phone promised me I would be able to choose the colour of my teeth and I wasn’t, I was also promised a 3 year supply of toothpaste which I haven’t received. If I knew I wouldn’t receive these things I would have went with a different company, I wasted my money on false hope. To make matters worse, when I reached out to the complaints department, she said she will look into it and never bothered to get back to me. It's unacceptable to mislead customers and then ignore their complaints. Steer clear of this tooth whitening service unless you enjoy throwing away your money and being ignored when you have legitimate concerns.
