A great experience from beginning to end
We recently purchased through Richard Kendall, and are very grateful to have had such support and friendly staff to talk to throughout the process. They helped us immensely despite working with truly terrible solicitors on our end, being friendly and approachable, whether in person in Wakefield, on the phone, or via email. They happily passed and received messages on behalf of ourselves and the seller, and never once made us feel unwelcome when doing so. We mainly dealt with Karen, who was proactive and helpful throughout our very long purchase. I could not recommend using Richard Kendall enough and hope to have the pleasure of doing so myself in the future.
