POSTING AGAIN AS NO RESPONSE FROM ONE…

POSTING AGAIN AS NO RESPONSE FROM ONE DELIVERY DESPITE THEM REPLYING TO OTHER COMPLAINTS VIA THIS SITE. Absolute rubbish!! Ordered at 5.15pm quoted 60 minute delivery time. Paid £3.50 delivery and an excess charge on items ordered on my credit card. Over an hour went by with no communication from the company. No telephone number to call so had to email to chase order?! Was told that the driver was ordering my food at 6.25pm (the BK is only 10 minutes up the road from my house - due to recovering from surgery not able to get out to get myself) Got to 6.35pm and asked them to call me. No response, so emailed again stating that if not delivered by 6.40pm to provide a refund and cancel the order and I was told to be patient?! I then asked them to call me to discuss a refund and cancellation including a formal complaint. The manager refused to do that also. At 7pm the driver knocked my door!!! Nearly 2 hours after I ordered. Food was of course cold and I ordered diet coke but got full sugar! I am really upset with the terrible customer service and that I have been charged full price for a late, cold and incorrect order that I had asked for him to cancel and issue a refund a few times after they failed to deliver within to quoted time frame. When I stated that I wanted to discuss my complaint and a refund the manager still refused to speak to me and even sent me sarcastic emails! I have ended up having to go through a dispute with my credit card company. The customer care is lacking and I would caution anyone against ordering from these rip off merchants. I will certainly not be letting this slide and ensuring that the public are aware of the scam this franchise has going on. No way to complain? No phone number? What kind of crap set up is this?
