I purchased two tires from you
I purchased two tires from you. went to a local tire shop and had one of them mounted. returned home and placed the tire/rim in my living room. During the night, I heard a loud boom and found that the tire had come off of the rim. I sent this information to the claims department, but they are still asking for information that is non-relevant. Milage, it was never mounted to the vehicle. Receipt for mounting, rotation. Picture of the tire off of the rim. I feel that you are playing the information game with me do that you don't have to honor the warranty. I sent pictures of the tire and rim, and it is obvious what has happened. It seems you are selling cheap foreign tires and not standing behind them. I will not recommend Giga-a Tires to anyone, and will pass this situation on to whom ever I can. Claim number 73528034
