Don't choose FedEx EVER!
Pity there is not the possibility of rating -stars! FedEx in Sweden is a fraud. At least for the private customers/delivery of single packages. It is gone 3 days since they have my package and it has not been delivered yet. What I have been told in my calls to their customer service, is that FedEx has subcontractors who have the package. The subcontractor (unknown to me) is the one who should take the package to the delivery address. If they fail to deliver they keep the package and don't return it to FedEx station. Strangely enough in FedEx tracking page they write that they scanned the package in every evening (!) Additionally the subcontractor writes that there was not anyone at the address when they tried to deliver. I have been home both days - no one took contact (I live in a home with a phone at the entrance connected to my mobile)- As I said a fraud.
