Customer service is rubbish
Ordered on the 21st March and it’s now 4th April. Order was lost by the delivery company and after about 4 emails and a message left on live chat (they weren’t online at the time) with no response whatsoever, they finally asked me if I wanted the products resent or a refund. I said I wanted them resent 3 days ago and again, no response, even after 3 more messages.Bored of chasing them up.
