I have given 3 stars purely on the basis that the wine and paired nibbles were on point, no fault there at all, on redeeming a gift voucher from our daughter the guy at the entrance didn’t seem very happy, then we couldn’t get they’re attention for service, my wife went to the bar to order an extra portion of olives so when we asked for the bill we were charged over £10 for a £4 portion of olives (apparently an undisclosed service charge of 12.5% was acceptable for bad service throughout)) even though we were there with a voucher Unacceptable service!!!!!! Infact I’m now reducing to a 2 star
