Went to Bob Evans for the last time…
Went to Bob Evans for the last time today. It was 11 o’clock on a Monday and there were only about five people in the entire place who had already been waited on and were eating. Despite that, it took over five minutes for the hostess to come over and seat us. I told her I wanted a booth and she took us to a table. I repeated that I wanted a booth so she moved us. Then we waited for over 10 minutes and still no one came to ask what we wanted to drink. A few minutes after another two couples were seated. Within minutes, they had waitresses who took their order and we still had not seen a waitress. I flagged down the hostess and told her we had not yet seen a waitress. She went over and told her that we were waiting. A few minutes later, both of them walked past us and neither said ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’. We just walked out at that point. I don’t know how other Bob Evans are but this particular one in Jackson, Michigan has the most awful customer service I have ever had…consistently.
