Stay away from this company. I made a claim for not travelling because of medical issues and still waiting for decision. They use a third part company to deal with claims - rightpath claims, which is extremely slow with responses. Claim Z437271 submitted in the middle of August - response in the middle of October. Two months took them to, to ask me for more documents, then silence again when I sent it . Seriously, Financial Ombudsman should be involved as their estimate response time is faaaar beyond 2 weeks as they state while you make a claim. Edit: Immediately after Direct Travel action, Rightpath claims speed up a whole process so claim has been sorted immediately. I would like to say thank you to direct travel and update my experience from 1 to 3 stars for it. Sadly, I can't give more stars as the case was settled far beyond timeframe and needed special action for insurance company.
