Bad customer service - I wouldn’t bother
Honestly I wouldn’t bother, as a subscription model the ability to manage the subscription should be straight forward. I needed to swap products but couldn’t login to my account as seemed there was an error on the website. This then meant I was sent out the wrong product again. Spoke to customer services who did kindly say that I could return these items (at my cost) for an exchange. I sent them by Royal Mail Tracked delivery but now Wild Nutrition is saying they haven’t received them - but I have the proof of postage along with photo from Royal Mail. They’ve got a massive marketing push on social media as well as any podcast about pregnancy - don’t get sucked into the hype, just another shoddy online company trying to take your money.
