Bad customer service.
I placed a subscription order and it is being sent to the wrong address. I have emailed the company immediately after I noticed the error and they still continued sending it to the wrong address. I have emailed them again since, asking to amend the shipping address or to issue a refund. I have zero response. My order number is : WN#1126878 Can you offer any help? Can you please explain why shipping cannot be amended given the fact that it's not same day delivery, it's 3-4 business days? That should be long enough to contact a courier surely. I have explained that due to mobility issues I am unable to retrieve the order from the address.
